In case of shortage, a diploma may be accepted. 40% of positions for Bihar State Health Service cadre members, 40% for doctors with postgraduate degrees from Bihar medical colleges under residency scheme, 20% for doctors with postgraduate degrees from recognized institutions outside Bihar. |
